Tycho Capital (“Tycho”), the recently rebranded asset management division of Kepler Partners LLP, today announces the launch of its Fund Structuring Solutions offering, a comprehensive Dublin-domiciled UCITS platform (FSS ICAV) designed to help asset managers build, launch and scale funds through seamless integration, robust operational support and strategic guidance.

Drawing on Tycho’s operational, regulatory and investor relations expertise, Fund Structuring Solutions provides managers with a flexible alternative to traditional models, combining deep technical execution with practical distribution and marketing insight. The platform is designed to bridge the gap between full distribution and hosting-only models, offering tailored support that aligns operational efficiency with investor engagement.

The new FSS ICAV is a natural complement to Tycho Capital’s existing Tycho ICAV, which partners with high-calibre alternative and traditional investment managers to structure, launch, manage and distribute bespoke investment solutions. Fund Structuring Solutions acts as a lower cost structuring offering whilst still benefitting from Tycho’s full expertise and network. 

Fund Structuring Solutions offers support across the full fund lifecycle, including pre-launch planning, fund set-up, ongoing support post-launch, strategic investor communication (via a specialist PR service) and market intelligence drawn from Tycho’s wide investor network and research database, Absolute Hedge.

The first client on the platform is Apollo Multi Asset Management, with whom Tycho launched the Apollo Diversified Multi Strategy Fund in October 2025, representing a strong reflection of early demand from investment firms seeking scalable infrastructure and specialist expertise.
